Lucid Dream

I have been reading the Art Of Dreaming ~Carlos Castaneda
amazing read....still in the mix of it...
but in the first parts it speaks of
awakening within ones dream and looking at ones hands.

Having trouble , I surrendered. Sort of gave up on even trying.

LASTNIGHT~ however....

I ate cheddar cheese an pretzel sticks......

and I specifically asked, during the busy part of

the day, that I remember to awaken in my dream.

As if the sub-concious mind hears more readily

in the busy waking hours.

Well. It worked.

I fell asleep with the light open.

I awoke within my dream

and saw myself asleep
upon the bed,,,,,,

I was laying on my left side~ Fetal
position.

~ I was so overjoyed
as I stood there
looking at myself on the bed...

that it was not panic that woke me

but JOY...joy that I must be awake inside my
own dream.....

and When I awoke

I knew It was truth
because in fact I was laying upon
my left side ~ Fetal position

happy.....

my minds voice saying

HEY YOU DID IT!

and I rolled over and

turned the light off I fell asleep

to dream of such specific stuff…..

neat neat neat…….
